Trips

Plan family trips and reunions together — travel details, activities, and RSVPs in one place.

Trips help your family coordinate a getaway or reunion without a dozen scattered group chats. To start, open Trips and tap Create Trip. Give it a name, dates, and a destination, then invite the family members you'd like to bring along.

Everyone you invite gets their own view of the same trip, so each person can add their own travel details while still seeing the shared plan. It's a simple way to keep grandparents, cousins, and everyone in between on the same page.

A trip stays private to the people you invite. You can update the dates, destination, or details at any time, and everyone's view updates automatically.

Inside a trip, add your own travel plans so the family can see everyone's arrivals in one place. Add how you're getting there — a flight, a drive, a train — along with your dates and times. If you're flying, adding your flight and date helps A2Me fill in the rest so you don't have to type everything by hand.

You can also add where you're staying — a hotel, a rental, or a family member's home — so everyone knows who's nearby. If your family is all staying in the same place, you can copy the trip's shared stops rather than re-entering them.

Your travel details are shared with the people on the trip so plans stay coordinated — who's arriving when, and who's staying where.

Beyond travel, you can plan the things you'll actually do together. Add activities to a trip — a dinner, a hike, a beach day — with a time and place, and family members can RSVP so you know who's joining.

Activities keep the fun part of a trip organized without another spreadsheet. Everyone sees the plan, RSVPs with a tap, and gets reminders as the day approaches.

You can view a trip by day or by person, so it's easy to answer "what's happening Saturday?" or "when does Aunt Rosa land?" at a glance.

Invite family to a trip from the family picker, by email, or with a shareable link. If someone isn't on A2Me yet, an invite is a gentle nudge to join and see the plans. Anyone with the link can preview the trip before accepting.

When the trip is underway (or after it wraps), you can share highlights to your family feed so the relatives who couldn't make it still feel included.

You control who's on a trip and can add or remove people at any time. Trips are private to their members, so plans and travel details stay within the group.
